"White Peony King" – an excellent grade of white tea.
The infusion has a yellow-amber hue, with a delicately floral aroma reminiscent of peony blossoms. The taste is silky-smooth, yet full and rounded. The aftertaste is very long-lasting and pleasantly sweet. The tea requires only a short steeping time and yields many infusions.
This year, thanks to a slightly different processing method that is gaining popularity, one can detect a flavor note reminiscent of aged white teas.
